Servicing and oil changeNew oil, new filters
A service should tell you something. Ours ends with a short list of what is fine, what will need doing at the next one, and what should not wait — so you can plan the spend on a working van instead of being surprised by it.

Engine oil drained and replaced with the correct new oil for your engine, and a new oil filter. Air filter and fuel filter renewed at the intervals your vehicle asks for, and the pollen filter if it is due.
Fluids checked and topped: coolant strength, brake fluid, power steering and screen wash. Belts and hoses looked over for cracking and play, and the sump plug and filter housing checked for leaks after the engine has run.
A look at the things that wear out on high-mileage vans: brake pad and disc thickness, tyre condition and pressures, suspension bushes, exhaust mounts, lights and wipers.
New parts and new oil, always
Service parts are new. Filters and oil are consumables and there is no sense in doing anything else with them. Where a service turns up a worn part — a pad, a bulb, a bush — we tell you what it is, what it costs and whether it can wait, and you decide.
On a Sprinter, Master, Movano or NV400 there is a good chance the replacement part is already on our shelves, which usually means it can be fitted the same visit rather than at another one.
Open until 8pm, which suits people who work
The awkward part of servicing a working vehicle is losing a day's use of it. We are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday, so a van can be dropped in early and collected in the evening, and Sunday is available by appointment.
Send your registration on WhatsApp and we will tell you what your engine needs and when we can take it.
